Is there a free tier or trial? ➤

No — and that's intentional. I priced this as low as I could (less than the cost of a coffee per year) so it doesn't need a free tier. Free tiers only exist when paid plans are overpriced enough to subsidize them. If you're unhappy for any reason within 30 days you'll get a full refund — no questions asked.

What happens if I get more than 200 k events? ➤

The platform will keep collecting your events, no interruption. And I will send you an e-mail within a week to upgrade to a more custom plan. But even that plan will still be cheaper than the other guys.

Can I migrate my data? ➤

Yes. Google Analytics import is available today; Fathom and Plausible migrations are coming soon. You can also export all of your raw data whenever you like.

What’s the refund policy? ➤

If you’re unhappy for any reason within 30 days, just email me — [email protected] — and I’ll issue a full refund no questions asked.

How difficult is the integration? ➤

You copy and paste one tiny <script> on your site — no coding required. It will automatically respects the settings you choose in the dashboard.

Is it accurate? ➤

Absolutely. I built Lightweight Analytics because I noticed other tools miss visitors or other important data. With Lightweight Analytics you can enable “high-accuracy mode” with a first-party cookie, or run cookie-less like the other guys — it’s your choice. Either way we will never sell or share your data.

How can it be so cheap? ➤

Software should be affordable, especially now in the age of AI. My development costs are low—it's just me and the AIs building this. I also architected the platform to be affordable because I felt I was getting ripped off on analytics for all my various projects—and I have a lot of them. So I charge enough to keep the service running and earn something for my work. But I don't like being ripped off myself thats why I'd never do it to you either.
