Delete a site or close your account

Delete a site

1. Go to Site → Settings.
2. Hit Delete site (red button bottom-left).
3. Confirm on the next page – the site disappears from your dashboard immediately.

The associated data is deleted from our storage immediately. (A copy may linger in server backup snapshots for up to 7 days, then it is gone permanently.) Deleting a site gracefully stops all tracking for it.

Remove your entire account

Deleting all sites stops tracking but your user profile (e-mail or billing records) still exists so you can come back later. If you want everything – erased:

• Send an e-mail to [email protected] from the address you use to log in. Subject “Close account”.
• We’ll delete all records within 48 hours and send a confirmation.

Subscription refund?
If you’re within 30 days of purchase we’ll refund automatically when you request the deletion.
