Dashboard terms explained

Page-view (PV)
Every time any page on your site is loaded or navigated to through a SPA route change. Reloading the same page counts as another PV.

Visitor
Unique device & browser combination within a rolling 24-hour window. We use a first-party cookie (la_uid) unless you disable it. In cookieless mode the Visitor metric approximates uniques per session rather than per person.

Live visitor
Someone who loaded a page within the last 60 seconds and whose tab is still open (we keep track through ping events).

Bounce rate
The percentage of visitors who leave without triggering a second page-view or event within 30 seconds.

Avg. time on page
Measured by the gap between the initial page-view and the last ping/visibility event we receive before the tab is closed or navigated away.

Goals
Custom success events you define – button click, checkout page, newsletter signup, etc. See the Goals & campaigns guide.

Campaign / UTM
Traffic grouped by utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term and utm_content query parameters.

Data delay
Current ingestion latency (edge → queue → database → dashboard). Usually single-digit seconds; spikes mean the queue consumer is catching up.
